This is Calvin, our new kitty cat. He's six months old, and he's really just delightful. We got him on Sunday, and he's been adapting really well to our house. He does very well with the kids. He has (so far) learned to use the litter with no problems, which is good, since he is going to be an indoor kitty. He has his first vet appointment tomorrow for sickness screening (fingers crossed--he was a country outdoor kitty before we got him, eek!), and then scheduling his neutering. But I'm so glad we found him. He's so friendly and sweet--and he chases mice, yes!

EDIT: sorry, I wanted to change how this posted, which meant I needed to change the whole layout on Flickr, which resulted in me (probably unnecessarily) redoing the entire blog profile. Fine. But now the picture is bigger, see?
